At Happy Houseplants, we want you and your new greenery to thrive together, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all plants and accessories. If your plant arrives in poor condition or you change your mind about a pot, we are here to make it right with a simple return or replacement process.
Return Process
- 1.Check the Health Guarantee
Ensure your return is initiated within 30 days of delivery; for plants arriving damaged, please take a photo immediately to qualify for our live-arrival guarantee.
- 2.Contact Our Plant Care Team
Email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
- 3.Pack with Care
Place the item back in its original packaging or a sturdy box with adequate padding to ensure it arrives back at our greenhouse safely.
- 4.Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once our botanists inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement plant within 3-5 business days.
